๐Ÿงข RETURNS & EXCHANGES


Do you accept exchanges?

Yes — crochet hats only are eligible for exchange.

To request an exchange:

  • Contact me within 14 days of delivery

  • Ship the hat back within 21 days

  • The item must be in original, unused condition

Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
Custom or personalized hats may not qualify.



Can I exchange other types of items?

No, only hats are eligible.
All other items (like punch needle rugs, wall art, or accessories) are final sale.



Do you accept returns?

I don’t accept returns due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of my items.



What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please contact me within 5 days of delivery and I’ll do my best to make it right.

Do you ship internationally?

Not at this time. NuxieMade only ships within the United States.



How are orders shipped?

All orders are shipped via USPS with tracking. You’ll receive tracking info once your package is on the way.



How long does shipping take?

Most U.S. orders arrive in 3–5 business days after being shipped.

During peak seasons, there may be slight delays—but I’ll keep you updated!



Do ready-to-ship items go out faster?

Yes! Ready-to-ship items typically leave within 1–2 business days.

Can I request a custom piece?

Yes, I love custom work!
If you have a color, size, or design in mind, message me and let’s make it happen.



How long do custom orders take?

Custom orders usually ship within 7–10 business days, depending on the request and my queue.



Can custom items be returned or exchanged?

No. Custom and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
